Earth Warriors Vitality Academy

A lighthouse of inspiration, physical excellence, and regenerative living — and, at the same time, a hearth.

01

A lighthouse, and a hearth

The Earth Warriors Vitality Academy is more than a place. It is a movement — a lighthouse of inspiration, physical excellence, and regenerative living. It is simultaneously a hearth: a warm, nurturing home where families are raised, the soil is worked, and the soul is fed.

This place is populated by incredibly strong, present, and purposeful people working on work that matters. Together, we cooperate to build something no one of us could build alone: a self-sustaining ecosystem of human potential, ecological restoration, economic innovation, and genuine community.

"The land is fertile. But it wasn't always. The people showed up with a dedication to this project and have put in the work for years."

The Academy integrates hydrological engineering, natural building, physical excellence, cooperative economics, regenerative agriculture, and media into a single coherent living system. Every part feeds every other part.

A site is not yet chosen. We're looking for a landscape with water access, good soil, and room to grow — the specific place matters less than the commitment of the people building it.

02

The cooperative economic model

The Academy is built on a cooperative LLC structure with shared ownership — a regenerative financial model grounded in a core insight: when individuals build their own wealth through their contributions, they simultaneously amplify everyone else's wealth. That's rarely reflected in conventional economic structures. Here, it will be.

Land as its own entity. The land and primary facilities are held in a Land Trust LLC. Resident entities and businesses — EarthPulse, the Jungle Gym, the media company — pay the land trust a fair portion of their revenue as rent, creating a stable, self-replenishing financial base independent of any single project's success.

Percentage ownership. Co-founders, long-term contributors, and key partners earn percentage ownership in the land trust and in individual business entities through labor, capital contribution, and time. Those who build the place benefit from what they build.

Core divisions

  • Earthworks Division — hydrology, permaculture design, and AI-assisted landscape analysis to restore watershed function, infiltrate water into depleted aquifers, and increase ecological vitality, both on the Academy's own land and for outside clients.
  • Farm, Garden & Orchard — growing systems built on compost teas, mycelium, cover cropping, and living soil practices, with animal integration closing the nutrient loop.
  • Media Company — a subscription model sharing stories of hard work, regenerative innovation, and human growth — inspiration out, community in.
  • Movement & the Jungle Gym — yoga, strength training, dance, breathwork, and novel therapies in a dedicated studio, plus a remote platform reaching a global audience.
  • Vitality Cohousing — both a financial model and a living arrangement: sovereign individuals who've deliberately chosen to depend on each other, on their own terms.
  • The Café & Biomedical Wellness — food as medicine, and advanced health services for residents and visiting clients.

The Earthworks Division's work looks like this in practice — contour swales and berms shaped into the land itself, catching and slowing water before it ever needs a pump.

What we need to make this happen

The vision is clear. The economic model is coherent. What remains is capital, co-founders, and the patient work of building.

  • Land acquisition — 20–40 acres, funded via cooperative investment, impact investors, or land trust partnerships.
  • Co-founders & core team — seeking 3–8 founding Earth Warriors: a master gardener/farmer, a natural builder, a movement teacher, a chef, a media creator, and a hydrologist/earthworks lead. Shared equity from day one.
  • Build-out capital — initial studio, café, cohousing, and infrastructure, phased so the Academy can begin with minimal viable infrastructure and expand as revenue grows.
  • Legal & governance structure — LLC operating agreements, co-op bylaws, and land trust formation. Equity table and contribution tracking from day one. Clean, transparent, warrior-worthy.

"This is the maturation of a dream I've held for a long time, and I want to share it with you — to get more people involved, and to think about it more clearly together. Bring your ideas, your gifts, your experiences. This is a resilient home for people dedicated to a better future."

If this vision calls to you — as a co-founder, an investor, a farmer, a healer, a builder, or a future resident — reach out.
